Into SEO

The basic system for having your website found online is through SEO, search engine optimisation. The system itself uses key words from a site to generate results from a search. The system itself is used to bring up the most relevant results to a query, ranking relevance based on analytics of similar searches and monitoring the web traffic o a specific site. This then leads to a site ranking and how highly a site moves up a google search of whatever key word may be chosen.

Featured sites sit above these results as they pay the search engine (for arguments sake, Google) to have their site shown at the top of the relevant search results list for a fee.

In relation to my own site the most important keywords will be those that relate to both the artists in the show and what the show will be about itself, so therefore using things like; concept art, visual and graphic design, and genres of design like manga, dusk noir, digital painting etc. these things will be used in SEO to bring more traffic to my site for people looking for an event specifically showcasing these things.
